American Gangster
Today I´m going to see "American Gangster". Is there anybody out there who wants to discourage me from seeing it? I haven´t even seen the trailer. But I think it must be good since Denzel Washington is in it. Or should I rather go see "Shrooms"? Comments would be appreciated. Thanks!

It was a good movie. I think to see what all the hype is about, you should see it. Whether or not you want to spend lots of money when you can wait until it comes out in theatres, is your call if you like this type of stuff. If you're a huge Denzel Washington fan, you should check out the Bible Experience.
I may see this movie. It was advertised almost every minute so that was annoying. "Whose house is that?" I'd find myself yelling, "It is your house momma" Argh, I hope it was worth all the hype.

This is an engrossing story, told smoothly and well,Russell Crowe's contribution is enormous.Ridley Scott forgets that editing is an art form as well.it is a consummate love and understanding of story.Overall very nice one.
American Gangster offers great drama, compelling presentations and dizziness moral tale. But it would be oh so much better.
Potential, but again I found an aquarium to be more fun. This was not here nor there, and very annoying. If you like the drug and make the real thing. If you like guns, then a computer game and if you want to see a shrink film. You might have problems.

Definitely its a good movie. I always read few reviews before watching any movie. But in case of this movie I just went to watch it directly and really I was surprised. I do appreciate and recommend to everyone.
With the greatest part, but none of the substance, your average of epic production, American Gangster lumbers across the screen with evidence that it is almost shocking.But don't be surprised if, when leave you the theatre, you forget that the film has never existed.
